Also removed the overview card section at the same time. I've heard feedback that it's just not very helpful, and this pr is already adding more content. Can add it back if there are strong opinions, but I foresee myself wanting to remove this section anyway after my nav study.
Much of the rest of the page content will likely move after the nav study, so this page will become more concise and focused on a high level intro
