Publish

When publishing a new version, we automatically deploy a new version to SVN (the WordPress code repository).

1. Update "Version" to new version in /simple-analytics.php.
2. Update "Stable tag" to new version in /readme.txt.
3. Add "Change log" to /readme.txt.
4. Publish a new release.
