I've added the missing /api/sync/ping POST endpoint. test_ping.py now runs successfully and correctly returns {"status":"success"}.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17427502678578928712 started by @pdev-labs

This adds a `POST /api/sync/ping` endpoint to `fluxmedia/api.py` that handles ping requests. It reads a `client_id` and `device_name` from the incoming JSON payload and registers the device in the global `sync_manager.device_names` map. This resolves the `HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed` issue when `test_ping.py` is run against the server.
