Sync the 0.2.2-preview.1 release slice from the internal repo. Dependency-bump release, no source changes: Scalar.AspNetCore 2.16.13, Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi 10.0.10, Microsoft.OpenApi 2.11.0 (GHSA-v5pm-xwqc-g5wc pin advanced within 2.x), Microsoft.SourceLink.GitHub 10.0.301, plus test-only bumps riding in Directory.Packages.props. Version floor bumped to 0.2.2 opening the new preview line. Leak-check clean.
