Summary

Sync the 0.2.2-preview.1 release slice from the internal repo. Dependency-bump release, no source changes.

Changes

  • CHANGELOG.md: new [0.2.2-preview.1] - 2026-07-17 section; compare links updated
  • Directory.Packages.props: Scalar.AspNetCore 2.16.13, Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi 10.0.10, Microsoft.OpenApi 2.11.0 (GHSA-v5pm-xwqc-g5wc pin advanced within 2.x), Microsoft.SourceLink.GitHub 10.0.301, plus test-only bumps (NSubstitute 6.0, CodeCoverage 18.9, TestHost 10.0.10)
  • Directory.Build.props: version floor 0.2.10.2.2 (suffix rides the release tag)

Provenance

  • Full-L1 sync from internal dev at the v0.2.2-preview.1 tag — zero drift outside the release slice
  • Leak-check: clean
  • After merge: tag v0.2.2-preview.1 + GitHub release here fires publish.yaml → nuget.org

Closing: this promotion PR was hand-built locally, which is not the documented process. The release will be redone via the promote-extract workflow from a validated stage candidate.
