Made changes to process payloads within expressions, so that #6 (comment) works now.
I'm not sure where/how to test this in the game, so I've only tested this artificially on the row directly, since I also don't have that quest anymore.
Other than that, it worked in the dialog with Momodi and with the Frontline Attendant in front of the GC Barracks.
