- Masters take a purchasing_option toggle now, not SpotFleet only: ps80/ps57/pxb/pxc run on-demand, ps3 stays spot. Reword the Terraform/AWS component to "spot fleet or on-demand". - Compute topology was four tiers; the jenkins_master MNG was re-added (terraform/eks.tf, in-cluster controller pilot), so bump "Four tiers" to "Five tiers" and add the jenkins-master row.
