- Point the two patched Jenkins plugin forks at their canonical Percona-Lab repos and current releases (hetzner v103.percona.28, ec2 v5.24.percona.4) in CLAUDE.md, ADR 0013, and ec2-master-resilience.md. - Repoint the AWS resource-tag repo: values (LB controller, Karpenter) to github.com/Percona/percona-cd-platform. - CODEOWNERS: switch the catch-all owner to @percona/build-engineers (requires the team to have repo write access to take effect). - Delink the eks-hardening PR references; the repo move did not preserve PR numbers, so the old links would resolve to unrelated PRs. - Refresh stale state: instances/README and an ADR 0026 amendment note that ps3.cd now serves from the in-cluster controller; correct the misleading "JCasC OFF" base comment; bump the stale ec2-plugin gotcha to .4.
