- Additive Hetzner serverTemplate (label hotreload-probe, cpx22, deb12-x64, fsn1) in masters/ps3.yaml; regenerate ps3-clouds - Temporary canary to verify a template change hot-reloads into the live in-cluster controller with no restart - Reverted immediately after the test (references nothing; prunes cleanly)
