for me using warning: LF will be replaced by CRLF in setup.cfg.
The file will have its original line endings in your working directory.

Fixes #135 "TypeError: environment can have only strings" by using
str()instead ofb''for preparing environment settings. Tested to make sure it works in both Python 2.7 and Python 3.4 on Windows.
