chore(docs): untrack landing/, drop Italian installer shots, add v2.0.0 changelog - Stop tracking landing/ (deployed manually to a private host) and add it to .gitignore; removes the 3 screenshots committed by mistake during the v2.0.0 release. Local files are kept (only untracked). - Remove the README "Installer" section and the 6 Italian installer screenshots (docs/assets/img/installer/*) — inconsistent with the English README. - Add a [2.0.0] entry to CHANGELOG.md and link it from the README.
