Makes the dedicated Parroty Chrome/Edge app window behave like a desktop application. The window helper records the exact process listening on Parroty's port when the app opens; after that specific app window is closed with X, it terminates only the recorded backend process, matching stop.bat behavior without affecting normal browser windows. Includes a Windows regression test and preserves the no-BAT-files repository policy.
