Applies the exact local changes confirmed on the Windows installation: closing the dedicated app window terminates the complete Flask/narration-worker process tree, the stop.bat template detects orphaned workers, and the native app window/taskbar use the Parroty bird icon. README, Quick Start, BUILD, and release notes are updated. No BAT files are committed.
