This PR adds a debug build pipeline for Android and iOS, to automatically run tests and build debug applications on pushes to main and branches which have an open Pull Request.
Therefore one can already see at a glance on a commit whether the App is still building correctly.
Furthermore, this PR adds a noop test which is needed so that flutter does not complain that there are no tests.
The obsolete example ui test is removed because it fails.
