• hopefully fixes the ahk_id must be a number error popup problem (#1)
• allows to switch to simple mode via env var: SIMPLE_MODE=1 ./vimium-everywhere
• updates the underlying ahk_x11 version to latest 0.5.1 which mostly helps with compatibility on different systems
• fixes all crashes, so it's not necessary anymore to use the -no-gc version or wrap the call in while true; ....

For those waiting on Wayland support: I'm currently porting AHK_X11 to Wayland generally and allegedly At-Spi works there just fine. So if all goes well, you can expect Vimium Everywhere on Wayland in a few days.
