On the wording, I don't think we should omit the closing tag, we should just explain what it is, that it has a use (to break out of PHP) and is optional and not recommended at the end of PHP files. |

Removed closing tags from Intro to PHP. I'm a little unsure about the one wording change I made. Suggestions welcome.
