Simple application to draw teams for a World Cup sweepstake. 32 teams, split into two lists of 16. The top list contains the 8 seeded teams plus the top 8 unseed teams by FIFA rankings. The bottom list contains the remaining 16 teams. Configured to work for 16 participants.
