Hi @Azathothas I have a good news for you: you may want to try this new infra which is a more easy way to integrate CI with github. |

Hi, We are from @PkgForge.
Our main project is: https://github.com/pkgforge/soar
Essentially we are like homebrew but build static and truly relocatable binaries
A brief comparison: https://docs.pkgforge.dev/soar/readme/packages
Recently, we had many requests from users to add riscv support but were unable to because of lack of CI
See related discussion:
pkgforge/soarpkgs#197
Issue Tracker: pkgforge/soarpkgs#198
We would use the provided machine for light tests only, nothing cpu intensive.
If your regular instances allow us to use docker/podman then, that would be enough for us. We don't need root access.
However, if we can't use docker/podman, then we would like to access a container directly that has root.
Read below if you have additional resources & would like to contribute/sponsor us.
We came across: https://discourse.nixos.org/t/plct-lab-intends-to-collaborate-on-risc-v-support/48875
If PLCT Labs would like to sponsor us at a bigger scale (multiple CI) then please reach out to us.
We also had the author of cloud-v.co willing to generously sponsor us: pkgforge/soarpkgs#197 (reply in thread), We are hoping we can combine the efforts and build the first truly universal large binary cache for riscv.
Thank you!
