Before deleting the domain config from the slave ensure the current config matches the master sending the command. If a domain gets added on multiple plesk masters a delete can be sent from the 'wrong' master, removing the correct config for the domain

This adds a check during a zone removal to only issue the delete if the existing master is the same as the master sending he delete.
This resolves issue 60.
