adding a variable title to make this newly submitted data set easier to deal with. To the best of my knowledge, it is only used in two proposed horizontal bar examples (plotly/plotly.py#4984 and plotly/plotly.py#4994) and this change will let us make each of those examples one line shorter, by eliminating the need to renamed the unnamed variable to "Category"
