Add fs_security for symlink-safe, 0700/0600-permissioned writes of CA key material, sessions, rules, and config. Refuse a non-loopback proxy bind unless explicitly opted into via --allow-remote, and wire configurable caps for buffered HTTP body size, WebSocket frame size, retained history entries, and concurrent connections through the proxy and TUI layers.
