Hi, I'm Pourya 👋

Backend developer focused on TypeScript, Node.js, automation tools, and open-source developer tooling.

I'm currently building small open-source developer tools around GitHub automation, CLI workflows, and TypeScript project scaffolding.

Open Source Focus

  • TypeScript and Node.js developer tooling
  • GitHub Actions and maintainer automation
  • CLI tools for backend and automation workflows
  • Project scaffolding for cleaner developer experience

Current Projects

Maintainer Agent Kit

maintainer-agent-kit is a GitHub Action and CLI toolkit for open-source maintainers.

It helps automate repetitive repository tasks such as:

  • Rule-based issue labeling
  • Release note generation
  • Repository maintenance workflows
  • YAML-based maintainer automation

The project is designed to be lightweight, deterministic, and zero-backend.

npm: maintainer-agent-kit

telegram-bot-frame

telegram-bot-frame is an early-stage TypeScript CLI scaffolding tool for Telegram bot projects.

The goal is to generate clean Telegram bot starter projects with:

  • TypeScript setup
  • Grammy or Telegraf support
  • Organized handlers, services, middlewares, and config
  • Optional database setup
  • Optional Docker support

This project is currently being developed step by step as an active work-in-progress.

Content & Community

I previously shared programming tips and developer productivity content with a 6k+ developer audience on Instagram, mostly around JavaScript, VS Code, and practical coding workflows.

What I'm building toward

I'm interested in building practical open-source tools that reduce repetitive work for developers and maintainers.

Current direction:

  • OSS maintainer utilities
  • GitHub automation tools
  • TypeScript CLI packages
  • Backend automation workflows
  • Developer productivity tools
