Addition of language tag (en) to all existing labels for classes and properties. Plus addition of rdfs:labels in French for all classes and properties.

2eme commit est après avoir bossé sur les labels. Pour le moment j'ai gardé rdfs:label puisque on ne s'interesse pas du tout au coté lexical. J'ai traduit en Francais pour qu'on puisse aussi charger l'ontologie sur le SIFR BioPortal (en lien automatique avec celle sur le NCBO BioPortal)... chez nous la métadonnée sera affichée. |

J'ai edité les metadonnées de PGxO en fonction des propriétés proposées dans MOD1.2 (cf. https://github.com/sifrproject/MOD-Ontology/)
L'usage de telles ou telles propriétés n'est pas obligatoire (on peut en utoiliser une autre d'un autre vocabulaire) mais l'essentiel c'est de capturer l'information.
