Description of change
Adds Bidboost integration for Prebid.js via:
bidboostRtdProviderbidboostAnalyticsAdapterTogether, these modules provide a complete traffic-shaping integration path and related analytics reporting for evaluation and rollout workflows.
Both modules are included in one PR intentionally, because this is one cohesive feature. Submitting only one module would result in an incomplete integration experience.
Documentation updates are included in a separate docs PR.
