Nativo: Updating JS documentation

This pull request updates the documentation for the Nativo bidder in dev-docs/bidders/nativo.md, reverting back Prebid JS documentation to its original after the latest updates.

Changes to field definitions:

• Replaced ntv_url with url and marked it as optional, updating the description and example to align with the Nativo platform's current usage.
• Replaced ntv_ptd with placementId, marking it as required, and updated its description and example to reflect the new naming convention and data type.

Are the old parameters still in use by publishers? Is there some migration necessary?
Was this falsely merged into the prebid docs or are there some prebid versions that actually use those docs? And is there a related PR?

What I'm getting at - a "in those prebid versions you must use the other format" disclaimer feels necessary, if any of the questions above are answered with yes 😅

@muuki88 Your concern is valid; however, there are no modifications to the adapters themselves. This update ensures consistency with the existing solution.

There is no need for changes. This documentation update was requested by our product team to be more consistent with our existing solution.
