Microsoft plans to deprecate the legacy AppNexus-hosted Prebid Cache. These documentation changes replace references to that URL with a generic example. The GAM setup doc was updated to reference the various cache options publishers now have.
There are additional references in bidder and module-specific documentation that must be addressed later.
