Corrected wrong import in StarPRNT.kt: Now uses eu.pretix.pretixprint.connections.BluetoothConnection instead of import com.zebra.sdk.comm.BluetoothConnection
Fixed a wrong casting that resulted in a crash when pressing the "next" button without setting a label size.
Support for Brother QL-series label printers connected using ethernet/wifi, bluetooth or USB.

Implemented the Brother Print SDK for Android, which allows printing on Brother QL series label printers via USB, network and Bluetooth.
It also offers additional settings (print resolution, auto-cut on/off, ...).
Bitmaps to be printed are scaled and centred if necessary.
Tested on a Brother QL-720NW (USB and network) and on a Brother QL-820NWB (Bluetooth).
