TechnicalSpecifications
A "Tech Spec" is used to list all of the technologies we plan to use or are currently using for our project.
Most of the time, the projects package.json (for npm projects) is enough to describe the technologies used.
However, if you need to list any workflow technologies, feel free to put them in here.
