Update dependencies for frontend-sdl-rust, and add comments for local dev

Summary

• Update a few dependencies for the projectM Rust app, and test it still builds
• Also add inline comments as to how to run it against a local version of projectm-rs for testing
• Fix an compiler issue for a console log for the device id in the audio.rs file
• If this PR is accepted, likely this would be best merged after the PR in projectm-rs which updates the libprojectM dependency.

Testing

• Ran cargo build then cargo run to see that the app still runs
