• Paradox Metabolizer Feature: Added a new MCP tool paradox_metabolizer in app/server.js designed to QUARANTINE contradictions, IDENTIFY truth-frames, and OFFER forks/syntheses in paraconsistent states without collapsing the logic.

• Testing Integration: Mocked tests for the paradox_metabolizer in app/server.test.js. Tested successfully using the native node runner (node --test). Corrected an issue where the global sessionStorage object was incorrectly mocked in app/public/app.test.js.
• System Documentation: Generated and updated comprehensive cognitive architectures and metric files (Vulnerability_and_Debt_Audit.md, Comparative_Topology_Matrix.json, retrieval_manifest.yaml, validation_report.md, app/SymbolicScar.json, app/LESSONS_LEARNED.md, app/COGNITIVE_CONTRACT.md, and README files).
• Execution Strategy: Validated hypotheses successfully using Python simulations with EDS and CACR calculations.
