@benjaoming, I like the idea of keeping a PR open to prepare (the changelog) for the next release. However, I'm closing this in favor of #656, which is basically the same idea, but created from a branch in this repo, so it's easier to update by different maintainers as we go along. Thanks! |

Adding a section for the next release, it makes it easier to get an overview of upcoming changes and once someone want to release, they don't have to feel blocked by having to go through commit logs / PRs etc.
