Closes #27. Real-binary integration test (terraform_data — offline builtin, verified parses through parseState) gated on STACKCANVAS_IT_TF_BIN, it-tf matrix job over terraform+tofu via setup actions. Local terraform leg green; tofu leg proven by this PR's CI.
