Fixes every blocker from the 5-probe launch-readiness audit:

• LICENSE (MIT) + full npm metadata + GitHub repo description/topics
• terraform-missing now visible to the AGENT (open_canvas/get_graph_summary WARNING)
• Apply button → 'Send to agent' (docs claimed 'no apply button'); e2e/skill/tool descriptions aligned
• Layout progress hint for large flat states; 'waiting for state' mount hint
• All market stats now cite verified primary sources (Firefly '44%' was actually 46% — corrected); honest claims: telemetry backend carve-out, Cursor/Windsurf hedged, self-hosted competitor tiers acknowledged
• docs/superpowers/ removed; VISION tone softened (2 spots); CONTRIBUTING.md + SECURITY.md; release-notes reorder
• v0.2.1 ready to publish (fixes broken npm description/main from 0.2.0)
