Introduces biometric authentication using LocalAuthentication framework to gate access to secrets in the menubar. When enabled, the menu shows a locked state with an "Unlock with Touch ID" option. Includes timeout presets from "Immediately" to "After 1 day" so users can control how often re-auth is required.
