Add pylint rcfile/source-roots args to pre-commit and add [tool.pylint] sections to pyproject.toml matching tak/mtx patterns: disable E0402 (false positive from submodule+src layout), bump max-args to 10, set min-similarity-lines to 8 with ignore-imports.
