I added the guided Git workflow actions implementation plan to
docs/plans/in this worktree.Why
The plan was created in the local checkout during another thread and needed to live on this worktree so it can be reviewed and tracked with the launchpad branch.
Validation
I verified the worktree was clean after the plan commit.
I verified the latest commit is signed with the configured SSH signing key.
