pyMC Repeater Home Assistant Integration

This integration connects Home Assistant directly to a local pyMC_Repeater instance, creates a dedicated API token during setup, and exposes repeater telemetry, MQTT broker state, control entities, and advanced service actions inside Home Assistant.
