... missing import. I think probably ruff would catch this. It's on my list to introduce ruff.

It seems like I had some more minor bugfixes here that wasn't pushed earlier

Export get_davclient from caldav package

Add get_davclient to caldav/__init__.py exports so users can do:
  from caldav import get_davclient
