My first iOS app. It is easy to create customized timer for workout. Download from App Store.
A timer has several phases: warm up, round, rest, cooldown. You can specify how long each period is and many times round and rest repeat.
If you are lasy, you can down down some templates from server. Or you can share your timer with everyone else!
Please give it a shot and write tickets if you find any issue.
