Bump four Rust dependencies to their latest patch versions, matching the updates proposed in dependabot PRs #47, #48, #49, and #51. All changes are version upgrades only — no downgrades.

• futures 0.3.32 → 0.3.33 (8 sub-crates → 0.3.34)
• landlock 0.4.4 → 0.4.7 (libc 0.2.185 → 0.2.189)
• nix 0.31.2 → 0.31.3
• clap_complete 4.6.9 (dependabot chore(deps): bump clap_complete from 4.6.2 to 4.6.9 #50) intentionally skipped: cargo re-resolves it with unrelated windows-sys downgrades; to be handled separately
• Closes chore(deps): bump nix from 0.31.2 to 0.31.3 #47, chore(deps): bump futures from 0.3.32 to 0.3.33 #48, chore(deps): bump landlock from 0.4.4 to 0.4.7 #49, chore(deps): bump serde from 1.0.228 to 1.0.229 #51
