Current workflow names are generic as they are only used for the main branch, so update pr and push workflows to specify the branch used via run-name. This is to support additional workflows based on other branches, such as wrynose. No functional change for main branch CI. Signed-off-by: Ricardo Salveti <ricardo.salveti@oss.qualcomm.com>
Enable pr and push CI workflows for the wrynose branch, based on the same build and test workflow as used by main. Once there is need to separate based on the branch content, we can split the workflows. Signed-off-by: Ricardo Salveti <ricardo.salveti@oss.qualcomm.com>

Current CI settings are specific to main, separate workflows so they can be branch based and add support for specific wrynose-based workflows.
