- Bump to 0.9.0 (first tagged release); NEWS header. - Rework the README: a short "what is a little different here" section highlighting the capabilities that are unusual to find together in one R grammar (tagged/accessible PDF, a checkable-accessibility linter + CVD simulation, widgets that reuse the declared marks, vector-preserving effects and boolean-geometry regions, hatch fills, keyframe animation to GIF/APNG/ animated SVG, a native hand-drawn mode, an inspectable serializable spec), in plain language.
