- Renamed docker-compose.yml → compose.yml (via git mv, tracked as a rename)
- Updated the two -f flags in terraform/scripts/local-bootstrap.sh and local-destroy.sh
- Updated path filters in .github/workflows/{lambdas,e2e,docker-image}.yml
