- Architected and led development of Sulus.ai — a white-label, multi-tenant SaaS platform for AI voice agents, built on Laravel, Vue.js, Supabase, and Pinecone vector search.
- Designed and published MCP (Model Context Protocol) server packages bridging Laravel with n8n automation and QuickBooks — enabling no-code AI orchestration for enterprise clients.
- Built a conversational AI agent system allowing end users to configure voice assistants via chat, wired through n8n with runtime Sanctum auth and Claude API.
- Architected a knowledge base (KB) system for AI voice assistants using Pinecone (cosine, 1536-dim), OpenAI embeddings, and Supabase — with full tenant isolation by reseller.
- Built The Hive — an internal operations platform for Lighthouse Graphics, integrating OpenAI, Slack, ClickUp & GoHighLevel to auto-generate meeting summaries, action items, and project scopes.
