Added DDC/CI brightness control for external monitor support. Works great in duplicate display mode on laptops, you can control the brightness of the laptop and external monitor separately by scrolling on their respective taskbars.

I released Taskbar Volume Control v1.3 with custom zones. I'll add it to the Taskbar Scroll Actions mod soon, too. I'll also add DDC/CI brightness control. I think that covers all the missing functionality, right?

I added support for both zones and DDC/CI. Please test it with your monitor and confirm that it works correctly:

Regarding the scary warning in the documentation, it seems that they show it for all DDC/CI functions. I didn't find evidence that it can actually do hard aside from being unsupported, and other projects seem to be using it, e.g. PowerToys. For now, I added it without an option to disable it, I'm not sure it's needed.
