Add latest-prerelease testing and improve CI test robustness#63
Conversation
Added support for testing against Fleet's latest-prerelease version in CI matrix. The upcoming Fleet release v0.15 had the same output but in a different order. Thats why test.sh now uses YAML normalization function to handle resource ordering differences, and improved comparison logic that normalizes expected vs output files before diffing. Fixed shellcheck warning about GITHUB_OUTPUT variable quoting.
