Adds a "Claude Desktop on macOS (MCP)" section to docs/agent-integration.md (config recipe, complete 7-tool list, VIPUNE_* env vars, macOS gotchas, verify/troubleshoot, surface split). Fixes the prior 4-of-7 MCP tool-list gap in both README and agent-integration. Adversarial-approved; all tool names/params/env vars verified against source; quality gates green.

This PR adds a "Claude Desktop on macOS (MCP)" section to docs/agent-integration.md, which was previously missing from the available integration guides.
Changes:
All tool names, parameters, and environment variables were verified against source. Quality gates pass (fmt, clippy, test). Adversarial review approved.
