Adds documentation for Thunder’s telemetry messaging capability, explaining how plugins define/announce telemetry categories, emit typed telemetry values, and how telemetry can be forwarded to an external backend.
Changes:
- Documented telemetry as a messaging type, including category definition, initialization announce, and emitting events via
TELEMETRY. - Added details on value typing/serialization (
TelemetryMessage,RawValue()) and end-to-end telemetry data flow. - Documented MessageControl-side routing to an external telemetry backend (T2-focused), including configuration and type mapping.
