This PR updates YouTube/YouTubeTV launch URL construction in AppApi.launchApp() to include additional UTM tracking parameters (and an additional launch-location mapping) to satisfy the referenced YTS test expectation.

Changes:

• Extend the YouTube UTM content mapping to include the "remote" launch location.
• Add conditional appending of utm_medium=ytb to YouTube launch URLs (when a mapped utm_content launch location is used and utm_medium is not already present).
