Why
When running website app locally we are prompted that new version of Docusaurus is avaible.
How
Update Docusaurus to 3.9.2 and bump other dev dependencies, cleanup TypeScript setup to relay on monorepo root bin for plugins, update ESLint config for Yaml files, so there are no EoL warnings on Windows.
