Why
Make sure we are on latest released package versions, address some dependabot warnings.
How
Update dependencies across the workspace, add missing types package to remark plugins.
I have also spotted that
pre-mergeworkflow runs only lint checks for website, not the whole workspace so I have fixed that by adding an additional step, and modifying theci:lintcommand in website to avoid double checks of website files.
